Best for: Offices, legal files, and high-volume archives. Using the Automatic Document Feeder setting on our small format printers, we can digitize hundreds of pages.

  • Double-Sided: We capture both sides of a page simultaneously.

  • Organization: Files can be named, indexed, and organized into folders for easy digital retrieval.

2. Precision Flatbed Scanning

Best for: Photos, delicate art, and fragile originals. For items that are too thick, too small, or too precious to be fed through a machine, our Flatbed Scanning is the gold standard.

  • Maximum Safety: Your original stays stationary on a glass bed, meaning zero risk of bends, tears, or jams.

  • High Resolution: Captures the finest details for professional photo restoration or art reproduction.

  • Versatility: Easily handles bound books, rigid boards, and oversized documents.

  • Maximum size 11" x 17"

LARGE FORMAT DIGITIZING SERVICES

Our Large Format Digitizing service is designed to handle everything from architectural blueprints to oversized fine art, ensuring your big ideas are preserved in high definition.

To provide the best results for different types of media, we utilize two industry-leading methods:

1. Roller Scanning

Best for: Blueprints, site maps, engineering drawings, and flexible posters. Our wide-format roller scanners are built for efficiency and technical precision. By feeding your document through a synchronized roller system, we capture crisp, continuous images of even the longest scrolls.

  • Scale Accuracy: Essential for technical drawings where measurements must remain exact.

  • High Volume: The fastest way to digitize entire archives of architectural plans.

  • Continuous Length: Perfect for banners or maps that exceed standard flatbed lengths.

  • Maximum size of 36" in one direction
     

2. DSLR Capture

Best for: Fine art, fragile canvases, textured media, and delicate historical artifacts. For items that are too fragile, too thick, or too "fresh" to pass through rollers, we use a professional-grade DSLR Camera.

  • Contact-Free: Nothing touches the surface of your work, making it the safest option for valuable paintings or brittle documents.

  • Texture & Depth: Advanced lighting setups allow us to capture the 3D quality of brushstrokes and canvas textures.

  • High Resolution: Professional CMOS sensors deliver high-quality files suitable for large-scale reproduction. This is highly dependent on how large and detailed the image is, however.
